Beautiful Crater Lake National Park.  Try to spend at least a couple of days exploring the Park.  Also, do not miss the fabulous waterfalls nearby on the North Umpqua River.  Especially nice are the trail to Lemolo Falls (watch out for the Mountain Bikers!), Clear Water Falls, and Watson Falls (the tallest waterfall in SE Oregon).
